I believe people and organizations grow best when they understand what truly matters to them and are equipped with the right methods to achieve their goals.
My background
My approach is grounded in a master’s degree in Psychology and more than 12 years of leading teams, operations and processes in international environments, including at PPG Industries, IBM, Dentsu and Siemens Energy.
I’ve led a first-level support team of 8, coordinated an Agile transformation without formal reports, and helped establish an EMEA shared service center of 50 people within six months. Each came with its own challenges, and in each, leaders needed confidence, a plan and support when issues arose.
That’s where I’ve seen what separates careers and teams that stall from those that move: clarity about what matters, and the confidence to act on it.
For individuals
As a coach and NLP Master, I help professionals and executives preparing for their next role clarify their values, choose a path that fits them and build the skills and confidence to get there, including working through the beliefs that hold them back.
Start with a goal
We start with a specific goal and work on it in a block of three 50-minute online coaching sessions within six weeks. After that, we continue ad hoc, whenever you need support.
For transitions
If you’re considering a career transition or have recently stepped into a more senior management role, a longer package works best: ten 50-minute coaching sessions over five months, giving you time to build clarity and make the transition with confidence.
For organizations
My programs for managers focus on the shift from doing to leading: communicating clearly, handling conflict, influencing without formal authority, coaching their teams, and being proactive in building their own career and influence in the organization.
Every program is tailor-made and draws on hundreds of hours of experience delivering in-person and online trainings on communication, conflict resolution, leadership, proactive career management and train-the-trainer topics.
One-day or multi-day programs are a good way to start, but many of my clients prefer a long-term partnership, where training is combined with coaching. This helps leaders keep honing their skills and supports the progress of the organization.
